I made it through many rounds, including CTF and multiple technical and behavioral discussions, but the final decision came as a cold, no-feedback denial.

CTF challenge — an initial CTF-style challenge.
Technical rounds (x2) — I completed two technical rounds and was told I performed very well.
Final rounds — discussions focused on technical depth, behavioral, and architectural topics.
Decision — despite investing significant time, I received only a brief note that they wouldn’t move forward, with no feedback. Outcome: I was rejected at the end; the takeaway was that early signals were positive, but the final communication felt uninformative.
