I encountered a capture-the-flag React challenge at the application stage and the lack of response made the whole experience feel disrespectful.

Application-stage coding challenge — capture-the-flag React app — I was asked to build a CTF React app as an early step; while I’m okay doing challenges later, this felt premature.
No meaningful communication afterward — I didn’t get a response or follow-up even after submitting or progressing through what they requested. Outcome: I wasn’t advanced; the biggest issue for me was missing communication, not just the challenge itself.
