I went through a fairly standard tech interview, but it felt a bit disengaged and ended with a generic rejection and no recruiter feedback.

Technical interview with an engineer — the session felt dry; I was judged as if only quick coding performance mattered. Despite doing well, I didn’t receive the kind of follow-up that would explain decisions.
Communication / feedback — I received a generic rejection and no response when I asked for feedback. Outcome: I was rejected; takeaway: even strong coding results didn’t translate into clear communication or thoughtful evaluation.
