I went through a fairly long sequence for this role, and it felt like it was intentionally drawn out.

I had three main rounds: first a screening with HR, then a meeting with the team lead, and finally a series of back-to-back in-person interviews. The last stage involved multiple consecutive conversations in the same day, which made the whole thing feel intense just because of the pace.

The interviews themselves were professional and the people I spoke with seemed prepared. The overall process took a lot of time, and by the final stretch I was mostly focused on staying sharp through back-to-back discussions.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the company felt more structured and respectful
