Quess Singapore Network Engineer interview experience

I had an HR interview first, then moved into a shift manager interview, and after that there was an operations manager interview.

The overall feel was basic for the role and not overly technical, but it still required me to be confident and prepared for each stage since the sequence was what they leaned on. The conversations took place across multiple levels, and each one felt like a filter.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the process was predictable and straightforward, and that being clear about my background mattered more than tackling hard technical challenges.
