I was pulled into the process through a university career fair.

I first solved a short coding challenge on-site and then received a take-home assignment about a week later. The take-home was predicted to take around a few hours, and that was pretty accurate—it took about four hours to complete.

After I turned it in, I heard nothing for about another week and then got a rejection by email. It felt straightforward and fast on the mechanics, even though I didn’t move forward beyond that take-home stage.
