My process started right after talking with the recruiter.

After that initial recruiter call, I took an online assessment, and then I had two more online assessments—each one following another recruiter check-in. After the assessments, the path shifted into live interviews: two technical calls and one behavioral call.

It was a fairly structured sequence with multiple checkpoints, and the total flow felt like they wanted to narrow things down through coding and then confirm communication and fit afterward. I walked away feeling it was a genuine assessment of both technical ability and how I handled behavioral prompts, not just a quick coding test.
