My first step was a very direct interview setup.

The interviewer introduced themselves and explained their role and a bit about the team, then asked me to introduce myself and answered a couple questions about my resume. After that, the whole thing pivoted to a coding task.

They shared a link for a HackerRank problem, and that was effectively the core of the interview. The experience felt efficient—less about bouncing around topics and more about seeing how I performed on the prompt.
