Qualtrics Account Executive interview experience

Scheduling involved multiple internal recruiters that didn’t communicate well with each other, and the interview dates and times kept shifting. I ended up doing three Zoom interviews and then a final in-person presentation.

The interviews themselves felt heavily scripted, with almost no human flow to them. If I didn’t match what the interviewer appeared to want to hear, it felt like I was marked off quickly. Between the bad scheduling and the robotic feel, it left me with a strong negative impression about how the process actually runs.
