I went through three rounds and the early stage felt like exactly what I’d expect for an initial conversation.

It was phone-based, and the interviewer was personable and easy to talk to. The questions were conversational and covered the main topics you’d normally be asked for in a first pass for this kind of role.

The process didn’t feel overly formal or high-drama, and I never got the sense that I was being pushed into anything unusually difficult. I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but the interview experience itself felt fairly standard and manageable until the end.
