My interview journey was heavier than I expected and ended with rejection after I reached the later stages.

I went through multiple rounds and, for the second-most recent attempt, I completed all the way to what felt like the final round before hearing “we decided to pursue other candidates,” with no personal follow-up even though the time I invested was significant.

The hardest part for me was how the final interviews were conducted. One round with the head of the region involved nonstop questions for an hour, leaving me with no time to ask anything back. For the TACOS interview portion handled by a pre-sales engineer, I felt like there wasn’t much engagement—there was no attention to the camera
