Each interview felt like about an hour, and the process included a homework-style assignment.

The recruiter emphasized doing company research beforehand, because they cared about the motivation question—why I wanted to join—and they made the acronym TACOS a big deal.

Overall it felt pretty straightforward in terms of what to expect, but the parts that caught my attention were how explicit they were about their values framing and how much weight they seemed to place on that during conversations and the take-home.
