I only went through a small part of the process, but the format was still clear.

The interviewer gave me a HackerRank question to answer, and I did okay with it. What stood out more than the difficulty was the interviewer’s demeanor—she was genuinely nice and made the interaction feel low-pressure.

We also spent time talking about current projects, which helped the conversation feel less like a pure test and more like an actual technical discussion. I didn’t proceed further from there, but the experience itself felt respectful and considerate.
