Qualtrics Software Engineer interview experience

Three people interviewed me, and it didn’t feel like a stiff Q&A—there was a real back-and-forth flow to the topics we covered. I remember being surprised by how natural the conversation felt, like we were building through the discussion rather than ticking through questions one by one.

Overall, the experience felt great, mostly because the pacing and momentum never really dropped. I walked away feeling like I could think out loud and engage instead of just giving “correct answers,” and that genuinely helped me show up at my best.
