Burlingame, CAPosted Aug 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started after I applied online.

A recruiter screened my qualifications to see if I fit, then I moved into meetings with multiple leadership-level people—several directors, senior managers, and even a VP of Sales. I ended up flying out to Burlingame for the interviews, and that part made the process feel more serious and immersive than a quick local conversation.

The overall difficulty was higher than I expected, but it was at least structured, with clearly defined leadership touchpoints. I didn’t receive an offer, and the main takeaway was that the bar was positioned as fairly demanding from the start.
