Across the rounds, the questions kept circling around how I’d worked in past roles—my past performance, what impact I’d driven, and how I thought about culture and how I’d add value. There was also a personality angle and conditional scenarios, and I remember having to talk through vision and fit, not just experience. The vibe was relaxed, but it still had some intensity: I went through role-play and I even saw the “tougher” interviewing style where someone was trying to challenge me while another person stayed more
