My process felt surprisingly simple and light on pressure.

I went from an online assessment straight into an online interview, and the live questions stayed grounded in fit and everyday working style rather than something overly technical.

The interview itself was conversational and usually centered on a couple core themes: why I wanted the firm and the role, and questions about my background. In my case, I didn’t get pushed into deep technical material at all. It mostly felt like a regular chat where the interviewer talked a lot, and I mostly focused on giving clear answers about my experience and what I wanted next.

Even the logistics matched
