PwC Auditor interview experience

They were genuinely passionate about who they wanted to hire from the very beginning, and it showed in how they talked and followed up.

As the conversation went on, it felt like they were actively trying to understand my background rather than just checking boxes. I talked through my story and motivations, and the whole thing had an easy rhythm.

I ended up receiving an offer. Looking back, what I remember most wasn’t any single question—it was the sense that they were assessing fit with intent, which made the process feel more human than transactional.
