My PwC process began with an initial assessment centered on soft skills.

They looked into how I approached teamwork, what motivated me to choose the firm, and whether I demonstrated leadership potential.

After that, the process moved into a format where I recorded a short video. I had to film a one-minute response where I chose between two options, keeping my reasoning clear and concise within a tight time window.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even though the steps were not traditional interviews, the experience still felt like it was testing how I make quick judgments and present my thinking under constraints.
