MelbournePosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online for the graduate role and first did an aptitude test.

I passed and then completed a one-way digital interview where I recorded myself answering two questions.

After that, I moved on to an assessment centre. The format there included a group case study and a group interview. It felt more interactive than the earlier screens, and it was a noticeable step up in how much you had to actively participate.

I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, the shift from answering solo on camera to collaborating in a group case study was the biggest change in how the day felt.
