After a recruiter call, I got pulled into a second step that was a group-style format.

First, there was an individual call and then the group interview followed, and in my case it ran virtually even though it’s typically done in person. The company was introduced, and then everyone took turns introducing themselves and answering questions.

The session moved from that into a shared group activity, and then it ended with a form where I had to respond to questions related to accounting. What surprised me most was how much of the day was about practical engagement—speaking up, participating in the group work, and then translating that into the accounting-focused questionnaire.
