I had a brief call with HR first, where I presented my academic and professional profile.

Then the process moved to a conversation with the manager, and we worked through a business case together.

The business case wasn’t just something I had to solve alone—it was more like we reasoned through it while I explained my approach. That made the interview feel focused on how I think, not only on whether I could produce a correct final answer.

I received an offer. The overall feel was engaging, and the case-based format helped me show my process clearly rather than trying to guess what they wanted from a standard Q&A.
