I started with a short recruiter call that felt straightforward and took about 15–20 minutes.

After that, I waited and eventually followed up after not hearing back for a week. The recruiter told me the team was busy and that she’d keep me posted if there was an update.

Nothing ever came through after that. What really stuck with me was the lack of a clear, real response—no firm rejection, no explanation, just silence. It didn’t feel professional or respectful, especially because the process had already moved past the initial conversation.
