My process dragged out longer than I expected, starting with some early hiccups—emails seemed to get missed—and then moving into a psychometric online test.

After that, I had an initial interview call and then got pulled into a lengthy assessment day.

That assessment day included two interviews plus a group task, and it was a lot to take in back to back. The overall timeline stretched to more than a month from my initial application through to the final decision. What was hardest to accept emotionally was that I still didn’t feel like I had clarity on what the specific agency role would actually be, since I was being assessed for several similar positions.
