I applied for the role and then got sent two tests: one focused on work style and personality traits, and the other had logical questions.

After passing through that, I had a discussion with HR and then a possible manager where I walked through the type of projects I might get to work on, which made the opportunity feel tangible.

Then everything went quiet. I waited for a month and a bit while trying to reach the recruiter, but I eventually received a message and felt fully shut out. The whole timing and the radio silence made the process feel like it wasn’t truly moving forward, and it left a sour feeling about how decisions were being made. I didn’t end up getting an offer.
