I was met by three members of the engineering department, and each person seemed to represent a different stage of the engineering process.

Their questions mostly focused on who I was and what engineering experience I had, and they also asked for writing samples along with a copy of my transcript.

The overall vibe was very nice. They were willing to be flexible, which made the on-site feel less rigid and more conversational even though I was being evaluated. Because the focus was on my background and documentation rather than a heavy technical grilling, the difficulty felt average.

After the interview, I felt like I had enough space to explain myself clearly and to show supporting material, especially with the writing samples
