I expected my first round to be more personal and general, but the conversation started immediately with technical questions.

It was a little jarring at first, because there was no gradual warm-up, but I understood what they were testing: how adaptable I was and whether I could stay composed under pressure.

The difficulty felt average overall, and the key challenge was just the abruptness. I had to adjust my mindset quickly and switch from casual framing to technical responses right away.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I walked away with a clearer sense of the evaluation style—this was less about getting comfortable and more about seeing how I performed when the interview didn’t follow the script I expected.
