The process started the usual way: I applied online and a recruiter reached out to set up an interview.

It was with an associate, and the call was short—only 30 minutes—with a hard stop, so it felt time-boxed from the moment it began.

What was frustrating was how it played out after the interview. The discussion didn’t leave me with a strong positive or negative sense of how things would go, but I never heard back even after I followed up multiple times with both the interviewer and the recruiter. The overall difficulty felt average, but the lack of follow-through made the experience stick with me, especially since the timing and structure were clear during the scheduled part.
