Apple Valley, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My early Providence interviews happened entirely over my phone, and I didn’t really have much prep for the test or any clear expectations of what the end result would be.

I remember starting the process, and then the system froze.

There was no easy way to get help or submit anything, and I couldn’t tell whether the issue was on my side or the platform. That technical snag ended up being the main thing that defined the experience for me, because it prevented any chance to demonstrate what I could do.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly I left feeling like I couldn’t get a fair assessment of my skills due to a tooling failure.
