Providence’s process felt hard partly because it didn’t come with enough information about what they expected from me.

I went into the scenario interview without a clear picture of how their internal teams were structured, and that gap showed immediately.

In the scenario interview, they asked questions tied to their company and the way their teams work, and I realized I didn’t have the context to answer confidently. I tried, but I couldn’t bridge that missing understanding, and I ended up failing the scenario interview. The frustrating part was that I was unsure what I was being evaluated on beyond what the questions demanded.
