My interview path ran across multiple levels, with each stage testing a mix of soft skills, technical knowledge, and overall fit.

HR and then leadership-level conversations came one after another, with the emphasis on being confident and honest as I responded.

In the structure I experienced, I started with an HR conversation about motivation—why I wanted the firm and what training or formation I would seek. Then I moved into a manager round for the CIO area with more technical questions, and finally there was a discussion with the managing director that stayed more motivational in tone. The progression felt like they were building a picture of me from both a human and a business lens.
