My recruiter interactions felt unusual and stressful.

I kept getting rushed during the conversations, and I was repeatedly told that I only had about 10 minutes to answer all the questions.

After that, I reached an assessment-style stage where the case study interview was notably technical, even though they had indicated that technical knowledge wasn’t necessary. The mismatch between what was communicated and what showed up in the case part made it harder to settle into a calm rhythm.
