Philadelphia, PAPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process felt simple and well-paced.

I started with a phone call to connect with the office manager, and that brief conversation set up what came next.

Then I had a Zoom interview, followed by an in-person shadow day. The most memorable part was that the shadow day wasn’t just observation—I was actually trying cold calls, so I had to participate rather than sit back.

Overall it came across as a straightforward way to evaluate whether I could communicate and handle sales activity in real time. I didn’t end up getting the offer, but the process gave me a clear picture of what the work would actually feel like.
