I went through three separate interviews, and the overall flow felt straight forward.

What struck me most was how genuinely focused they were on getting to know me as a person, not just checking boxes.

There wasn’t a sense of unnecessary complexity—just multiple conversations to understand where I fit. I also remember the drug testing part being made clear as part of the process, so it wasn’t a surprise later on.

It ended up feeling like a normal, low-drama progression through the steps, but I still didn’t get an offer. Looking back, the biggest takeaway was that the process was simple, yet the company still expected me to be fully present and honest in each interaction.
