I went through what felt like a very thorough interview—thoughtful and fun, and still fairly quick.

The process moved in a way that didn’t drag, and I was genuinely engaged in the conversations.

The field ride really stood out for me; it made everything click because I could see the work in action instead of imagining it. By the time it wrapped, I felt excited about the company and the role.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but I walked away with the feeling that I’d enjoyed the process enough to do it again. I also remember thinking the company had a great vibe and that the interview experience itself matched that energy.
