After a recruiter phone screen, I moved pretty quickly into an interview with two members of the sales leadership team—one team sales lead and a regional sales director.

The whole thing felt relaxed, and the people interviewing me came across as easy to talk with, not overly scripted.

Once I finished that conversation, I went into a shadowing call where I could see how the role played out day to day. The interviewers were clearly listening for how I thought on my feet and whether I could handle the pace. The process ended up being straightforward end to end, and the timeline felt fast from step to step.

One detail I remember getting called out was that a drug test would be required after an official offer came through. I enjoyed meeting the team and left
