My process followed a pretty distinct chain of conversations and field time.

I first spoke with the company recruiter, then I called the regional manager for the city I wanted to live in.

After that, I went on a field ride, and then I called the director of my region. If I did well through those conversations, the last step was calling the VP of the company, who would then approve me after the series of interactions.

It was a clear, sequential process that felt like each stage had to earn the next. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but I remember appreciating how the structure made the evaluation feel like it was consistently moving forward rather than stalling.
