My interview process was difficult and it followed a clear multi-step structure.

I had an initial recruiter interview, then another meeting with a person in the desired office.

After that, there was an in-person interview with someone in that same office. The framing during the process was that they would present the offer letter if the in-person interview went well.

The part that left me unsettled was that despite the expectation tied to how the in-person discussion went, I never received that offer letter. The overall experience felt like a longer commitment than it needed to be, and I ended up not getting the job.
