I went through an easy, recruiter-style conversation focused on whether I could sell and source my own leads.

Recruiter screen — A straightforward conversation about my ability and personality to sell, with an emphasis on generating my own leads since the job was described as being fully lead-driven by me.
In-the-moment close — No technical assessment; the tone was geared toward recruiting rather than evaluating competencies. Outcome: I did not move forward; the process felt like a light screening for lead generation fit rather than a traditional interview.
