Westland, MIPosted Apr 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was pitched an easy entry path where the main emphasis was paying for licensing and getting started selling once licensed.

Intro / training rundown — I was told it was largely open enrollment (“anyone can join”) but required payment for training and back-office costs.
Licensing step — The training was described as two consecutive days to obtain a life insurance license.
Sales kickoff — After getting licensed, I’d begin selling products. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the process sounded simple but centered heavily on upfront costs before any selling begins.
