I interviewed for an Account Executive role after a job fair referral, and the process ended with a request to attend training classes and pay an upfront fee.

Local VP scheduling + arrival — after giving my resume, I was called and scheduled to interview; I went to the office the next day.
Intro meeting in a house-like office — the overall process lasted about an hour, with questions focused mainly on my educational background.
Critical step: paid training — they asked me to attend training classes and pay $100 ahead. Outcome: I didn’t accept; the upfront training payment was a deciding factor.
