I interviewed for an Account Executive position and felt the process was very lightweight, mainly centered on company explanation and role fit.

Company intro / fit check — I was shown how the company works, including training and licensing, starting the sales process, and how compensation works.
Role/trajectory discussion — The recruiter/investigator side of the process emphasized what training looked like and whether I felt it was a good fit. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the interview mostly felt like information sharing with minimal evaluation.
