Madison, WIPosted Jun 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very easy, step-by-step meeting flow that made the process feel like they would hire almost anyone.

Brief in-person meeting — A short face-to-face interaction that wasn’t presented as difficult.
Information session — A follow-on session that still felt low-stakes and recruiting-oriented.
“Real interview” — The actual interview portion didn’t feel rigorous; overall it seemed like the bar for moving on was low. Outcome: I did not move forward; the journey felt permissive and more like fast recruiting than a serious selection process.
