I had an easy, smooth Account Executive interview at Primerica that wasn’t technical, but leaned heavily on my education background.

One-on-one interview conversation — The session felt collaborative, with both of us getting time to speak.
Non-technical questions — It wasn’t technical, yet I was asked a lot about my undergraduate studies even though it didn’t seem directly tied to day-to-day sales. Outcome: No offer was reported; the takeaway was that it was comfortable but didn’t focus much on sales-specific skill assessment.
