Riverside, CAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive opportunity and the whole journey felt unusually long and sales-driven, with a strong emphasis on commitment.

In-person or multi-session interview — I came in for two interviews that largely revolved around probing whether I was ready to commit.
Extended activity / sales-style session — The process ran close to three hours, including hanging out and watching TED-style talks, which made it feel less like a normal interview and more like a pitch. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that it was “easy” on paper, but the pushy format made me uncomfortable.
