I went through what felt like a direct sales push rather than a traditional interview for the Account Executive role.

Initial meeting/pitch — No real interview; I was guided through a pitch that functioned like recruitment for an MLM-style opportunity.
Follow-up — The process centered on getting me to move forward rather than evaluating my fit through standard questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the experience felt like a marketing/recruiting presentation and I strongly cautioned myself not to quit a job based on it.
