I was approached via LinkedIn and the “interview” quickly turned into an aggressive pitch for a scheme that required fees.

LinkedIn outreach to Zoom — A “regional leader” invited me to a Zoom; spelling and wording raised suspicion.
Phone call instead of interview — I switched to phone and the discussion became an aggressive sales pitch.
Fee/certification requirement — After researching, I learned they charge about $100 for certification to “make much more.” Outcome: No offer; I ended the call immediately and stayed away.
