Oakdale, NYPosted May 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role and the process felt low-pressure and heavily biased toward the employee over a short in-office stretch.

Group meeting + senior partner — I was brought into a group setting and then met with a senior partner; it was presented as a laid-back interview rather than a rigorous screening.
Follow-up discussion — the conversation continued with a senior person, reinforcing their expectations and how the role could fit me. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the experience felt informal and more supportive of the candidate than strictly evaluative.
