My interview felt very easy in the sense that the pitch centered on payment and on a commission mechanism tied to getting people to follow through.

Recruiting interview — They told me they would hire people who would pay for classes after the interview; the job was described as selling insurance.
What drives compensation (as described) — I was told the main money-making method involved getting others to attend additional “interviews” that led to commission off the money those people paid. Outcome: I did not move forward; the structure felt deceptive and payment-driven.
