For a Software Engineer role at primeit, my process felt easy and lightweight, starting with short tests and ending with a mostly non-technical HR conversation.

Tests (math, vocabulary, Java) — I completed various assessments including math and vocabulary, plus a Java test that mostly checked whether I could read code rather than solve real-life problems.
HR assistant interview — I spoke with an HR assistant who was described as not very tech-savvy; the questions were basic and almost entirely non-technical. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and I took away that the screening emphasized general aptitude and HR fit more than engineering depth.
